A magazine is considered late if not delivered by the Friday following publication.
If you are a first time print subscriber, your first print issue will arrive within 3-4 weeks.
For our Print Only subscribers, we can offer the option to extend their subscription by the number of issues missed or to replace those missed issues. If you have opted to subscribe to both a Print and Digital subscription, we can offer a credit for the amount of months where you did not receive your print delivery. To report a magazine that did not arrive within the week of publication, please contact our Print Hotline at 1-800-678-0900.
For subscribers on an alternate delivery plan, please call our MagsExpress line at 1-800-738-3003, or send an email to newyorkmag@MagsExpress.com, and we will mail a replacement copy to you within 48 hours.
