Print + Digital Subscriptions
Subscribers on a Print + Digital All Access plan cancelling in their first term are eligible for a prorated refund for unmailed issues of the magazine. Print + Digital Access subscribers who cancel 30 days prior to annual renewal will receive an automatic prorated refund upon cancelation. Refunds will be reflected within 10 business days on the card used to purchase the subscription. Print subscribers are also eligible for partial refunds for missed deliveries of the magazine, except in instances when the address provided has been marked as undeliverable by the United States Postal Service.
Gift subscriptions are not eligible for a refund once the account becomes active. Gift subscriptions become active at the time of redemption when the recipient is asked to create their digital login. Recipients will have 12 months to activate their subscription.
