I was given a gift but I haven't received my code to activate my digital access. Now what?
First, check your promotions tab and spam folders. If you're unable to find the email invitation with your redemption code, let us know and we will send you your redemption code.
I was given a gift subscription, but I already have a personal account. Can I use my new gift towards my next term?
You will have one calendar year to activate your gift subscription from the time you received it. If you have an active personal subscription, we advise you cancel it at the end of your next billing term should you choose to activate your gift subscription on the same email address. If you would like activate your gift subscription immediately, we recommend that you cancel your current subscription right away from the account page, in order to start your gift account.
How long do I have to redeem my gift subscription?
You will have one calendar year to activate your gift subscription from the time you received it. If you have an active personal subscription, we advise you cancel it at the end of your next billing term should you choose to activate your gift subscription on the same email address. Refunds will not be issued after a gift subscription becomes active. If the subscription was purchased in error, customer support will issue refunds for inactive gift subscriptions.
How long will my gift subscription remain active?
Gift subscriptions remain active for 12 months from the point of subscription redemption. Print subscribers will receive 26 total issues of the print magazine.
When my access ends, can I renew my subscription for a second term?
Yes, you will have the option to enable auto-renewal for a second term. You will see a notification under your account profile that will indicate that your subscription will continue after your gift expires.
Can I cancel the gift subscription I received?
You can cancel your gift subscription at any time, but subscriptions cancelled after redemption will not be eligible for a refund.
Can I pause my gift subscription?
Digital access cannot be paused, but if you would like to pause the delivery of the print magazine while you are out of town, you can do so by contacting customer support or calling our print subscription hotline: 1-800-678-0900.
I am having issues setting up my digital access.
If you received a gift subscription but have yet to receive your redemption code, check your email spam folder. If you're unable to find your code, customer support will issue you a new one.
To create a login, follow these steps. If you are unable to login to your digital account, or are unable to finish creating your digital login, please clear your cached files images on your browser tab and try logging in again. If you are still unable to receive access, please email a customer support agent with the error message you’re receiving when trying to login.
For Recipients of a Print and Digital Gift:
I activated my digital access- when will my print magazine begin arriving?
Your magazine will arrive 4-6 after you’ve redeemed your gift subscription (or about 2-3 issues of the magazine).
I was given a print subscription, but prefer to only have digital access. Can I give someone else my print magazine?
Yes, you can change the address on the print subscription separately from your digital access.
I was gifted a print and digital subscription. Can I add this to my current print subscription?
No, gift subscriptions cannot be added to your existing subscription. Receiving a gift subscription will not extend your current print subscription. If you want to cancel your print only subscription to activate your gift subscription, please call the Print Hotline here: 1-800-678-0900.
