I gave a gift subscription to someone but they haven't received their code to redeem. Now what?
Depending on your recipient's email preferences, their redemption code may have been sent to their promotions tab or spam folder. If they're still unable to find their email invite, contact us and we will provide them with their code.
I gave a gift subscription to someone who already has an account. Can they redeem their gift now?
If the recipient of your gift already has an active subscription, they can cancel their current account and redeem their new gift. If they do not want to utilize their gift subscription at this time, our customer support team will issue you a refund for the full amount.
How many issues of the magazine come with a print gift subscription?
Print subscribers receive 26 issues of the magazine, and the magazine begins shipping 4-6 weeks after the recipient redeems their gift.
I accidentally ordered the wrong kind of subscription for someone. Can I change it?
If you erroneously ordered the wrong kind of subscription and would like to change it to another, contact our digital support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will adjust your subscription for you. Once activated, a gift subscription is not eligible for a refund.
I do not see an option to enter in my recipient's mailing address. What do I do?
Once the recipient receives their confirmation email for their gift account, they will have the option to enter their own mailing address, upon redeeming their code.
Can I cancel a gift subscription?
All gift subscription orders are final. Once a gift has been scheduled to the recipient, we are unable to cancel the order.
